Informational purpose

Daegon Charts provides music rankings, historical reconstructions, metadata and related editorial information for informational and archival purposes. Historical rankings are project reconstructions and should not be represented as official charts of another organization.

Independent project

Daegon Charts is not affiliated with Billboard, Spotify, Last.fm, record labels, artists or other music companies unless explicitly stated. References to third-party names are descriptive.

Intellectual property

The original site design, compilation structure, chart organization, editorial text and project-specific ranking work belong to their respective creator or rights holder. Artist names, song titles, album titles, cover artwork, photographs, logos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Accuracy and revisions

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate chart history, but errors can occur. Historical data may be corrected or revised when better information becomes available. The site is provided without a guarantee that every historical record is complete or error-free.

External services

The site may depend on third-party APIs, metadata services, image sources or hosting infrastructure. Availability of those services is outside the control of Daegon Charts and may affect some features.

Acceptable use

Visitors may use the site for ordinary personal and informational purposes. Automated activity that disrupts site operation, attempts to bypass service restrictions or abuses connected third-party services is not permitted.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the project evolves. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes use under the revised terms.
